  A brief introduction about our range of products are as follows:-

Hardware Design:- Our hardware design consists of following developments.

• SMPS development from 5W to 250W. We design customized supplies keeping in mind the requirement for various customers. Design can be customized according to BOM Cost, EMI/RFI Filter, Input voltage Specs (85V/180VAC-23VAC).Short circuit protection features. Multiple outputs keeping in mind the line and load regulation.
  
  
• SMPS Battery Chargers :- SMPS Battery Chargers with CV/CC charging. Output voltage adjustable provision.
  
  
• SCR Battery chargers :- SCR based Battery chargers (1-phase & 3-phase input) for 24V/48V/110V/220VDC. Its microcontroller based design with 14 bit control and display options available in Character LCD/Graphical LCD. Various features available like Battery Current Limit, Battery Health monitoring/Battery Cell monitoring, Timer options available. Universal setting options available by changing the number for cells in battery. Temp monitoring in case for VRLA batteries.   
  
  
• Battery Cell Monitoring Systems  : - A battery cell monitoring system is developed where Undercharge and Overcharge level of the cell can be set and according to that the battery health is monitored. In case 4 cells reach overcharge cut or undercharge cut limit then the charging or discharging can be stopped. Current , temperature measurement options available.
  
  
• Digital Inverter/UPS: - We design DSP/dsPIC based 32 bit/16 bit control of inverters. various protection like Input OV/UV, Output OV/UV , Current limit, short circuit protection, soft start are available.
  
  
• Metering solution for 1-phase and 3-phase :- We undertake metering solutions for 1-phase and 3-phase control. Various parameters measured like harmonic distortion, Phase lag, phase unbalance, Real power, Reactive power can be displayed in LCD or to the computer through serial port.
  
  
• Timers :- Various timers like time totalizer, cyclic timers with ON/OFF options with 7 segment or LCD options available.
  
  
• Voltage, Current & Frequency display meters:- Various display meters for AC/DC voltage ,current & frequency available. Linearity/Accuracy upto 1% for the whole range available.7 segment & LCD display options available.
  
  
• Static switch for 2/3 sources available:- static switches with typical transfer time of 10-15ms is available without interruption on computer load.
  
  
• Motor Drives :- 1-Phase & 3-Phase motor drives available with various control techniques like V/F control, vector control, direct torque control.
  
  
• AVR for Generators.
  
  
• Auto Stoppers, Auto Changeover,DC Control Panel & AMF Panel

Software Design:- Our Software design consists of following developments:-

• RS-232/RS-485 based online data logging systems:- Real time datalogging of the various parameters like voltage ,current, pressure, potential free faults etc.A computer will always be present to log the various parameters.
  
  
• RS-232/RS-485 based data logging with memory options available:- Systems where computer hook up is difficult , a memory save options available in which data can be saved and later seen on the computer.
  
  
• RS-232/RS-485 based LCD display datalogging systems :- A LCD based datalogging is available where the data will be stored in the memory and later can be seen on the LCD where computer accessibility is not possible.
  
  
• USB based data logging systems :- A high ended USB based data logging options available where the data can be directly saved to USB.
  
  
• TCP/IP Ethernet options available where data ca be seen through the internet at any where in India or world.
  
  
• GSM module can be used where the data can be send through the data SIM available with the GSM module.
  
  
• Customized display options available:- Displays like Character LCD, Graphical LCD, Touch screen,7 segment LED can be designed according to customer requirements.
